This [WordPress Theme](http://wordpress.org) is a fixed width theme. It is designed to scale well when browser font size is changed. There’s a lot of information available on [how to use themes](http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Themes). This site ([sdm-net.org](http://www.sdm-net.org)) currently uses the *sdm-fixed* theme to present its content.
